Yes, it's an error in libs/python3.4/_sysconfigdata.py
'LINKFORSHARED': '-Wl,stack_size=100000 -framework CoreFoundation',
should be
'LINKFORSHARED': '-framework CoreFoundation',

Just edit it to remove the stack_size option.
