[gtk-osx-devel] Renamed Repositories

I've renamed the former ige-mac-integration and ige-mac-bundler repositories at Github to gtk-mac-integration and gtk-mac-bundler, respectively, to be consistent with the corresponding repositories at git.gnome.org. 

Anyone with clones of either of these will need to change the "remote" settings in git to reflect the new names -- or better yet, to point to the repositories at git.gnome.org:

git://git.gnome.org/git/gtk-mac-bundler
git://git.gnome.org/git/gtk-mac-integration
git://git.gnome.org/git/gkt-osx
