[gtk-osx-devel] [PATCH] .jhbuildrc gcc-4.2 unavailable on OS X 10.5

Hi John, 

This ensures CC and CXX use gcc-4.0 on OS X 10.5, where gcc-4.2 is unavailable. 

I've taken the liberty of refactoring it a little in the process. I kept _osx_version in case existing user scripts depended on it.
