Fixed a url typo and patched libunique, so that
I could install the prerequisites for valaide...

The release version 1.0.8 of libunique seems to have
X11 hard-coded, so I went with the 1.1.2 pre-release.

The --disable-maintainer-flags is to get rid of the
awful -Werror that complains on the system headers.
