Clip-art support in GTK+3

Hello,
I would like to add support for importing clip-arts to my slideshow creator, Imagination. It's currently developed in C and GTK+2 and I'm evaluating if to port it to GTK+3.
Does GTK+3 support clip-arts better than GTK+2?
