Gtk3, Windows, themes

Hi all.

I'm looking to port some apps ( Gtk2-Perl ) to Gtk3 ( ie Gtk3-Perl ), and I'm wondering if anyone has tackled building themes for Windows? I know of the Windows Gtk3 binaries ... great :) But the default theme on Windows looks pretty dry. Does anyone know of existing theme binaries for Windows?
