gtk-icon-theme-name from settings.ini is ignored

Hi

I'm trying to change the icon theme of my GTK+ application. From my
understanding this can be changed in settings.ini which I have tried
with no luck. To make sure that the settings.ini file is actually
loaded I have also changed to font (gtk-font-name) and this is
reflected.

Shouldn't gtk-icon-theme-name in settings.ini change the icon theme?
