gtk-vim-syntax for gtk3

Hello, I have finally released gtk-vim-syntax (Gtk+ syntax highlighting
Vim addon) with a gtk3 syntax file, see

Normally, I do not announce new versions here but I've been getting
e-mails asking when a gtk3 version will be available so here it is...
