What I'm looking for is this:

where 3 and 4 are located in their own GtkTable cell as GtkLabel and the division line will be in it's own
GtkTable cell.

Is there an easy way to do that?

I just tried the suggestion. It's not exactly what I want. I will need to talk to my customer about that.
Originally the screen was designed so that there should be the thick black line between 2 numbers.

It would've been look like this:
