Question about GTK development

Hi, ALL,
I created a table using gtk_table_new( 5, 2, FALSE ).
In one of the cell I need to draw a horizontal line.

How do I do it?

Also, if I fill in the cells (1,1) and (1,2) will I be able to see something on the screen?
