Please help me in GTK build

Hi Dear all:
 
I use the gtk-demo code
and execute item
"Builder"
Demonstrates an interface loaded from a XML description.
Load demo.ui
-->GtkBuilder.c
object_type = gtk_builder_get_type_from_name (builder, info->class_name);
object_type always return G_TYPE_INVALID
 
I build GTK 2.90 in VC9 and all libs are static. not using dll import
so anyone help me how to do that. and retun normally
