Window decoration question

Hello to everyone!

I want to know if there is a possibilities for window decorating on MS Windows?
I found how to hide and show the default window decoration with function:

gtk_window_set_decorated ()

but I consider to have my own window decoration.

Actually, I already studding the text on:
http://live.gnome.org/GnomeArt/Tutorials/MetacityThemes ,

but have no idea how to implement it on Windows.
Any help, tip or suggestion will be welcome.
