Sorry, but I doubt there are many people here using CodeBlocks,
especially on Windows. Is there no more appropriate CodeBlocks
-specific mailing list or "forum"?

Where did you hear about using CodeBlocks for GTK+ programming on
Windows? Can you get any help from them?
