compiling 2.18.3

ran into a bit of a hic-cup while compiling 2.18.3 on nov 11th, 2009.
pango did not copy/install 'pangocairo.h' into /usr/local/include/pango-x and so when make ran across gdkpango.c and the function PangoCairoShapeRendereFunc, it complained.
fixed by copying pangocairo.h to the appropriate include directory.
