There are not so many possibilities:
- goffice (you can ask for help if needed, preferably on gnumeric-list
or an irc (#gnumeric)
-gtkextra (http://gtkextra.sf.net) but this one seems to be unmaintained
(no release since 2005)
- write your own charting engine.

I might have missed something though
