Control+tab key binding doesn't work

i've added the next line to my code, but somehow it gets overuled by the already existing key-binding for switching focus.

    gtk_accel_map_add_entry ("<frame>/document/shift_reset", GDK_Tab, GDK_CONTROL_MASK );

Is there an easy way to handle Ctrl-tab bindings correctly?
