gtester / gtester-report for Windows

Hi,
Have anyone managed to compile gtester for windows. It seems to rely on
sys/wait.h. gtester-reporter is python and will hopefully work. Can I
work around the sys/wait issues?
This unit testing framework looks nice. Thanks, Tim.
