Just an oversight. The next build will include the gio-2.0.def file, too.

It might be possible to just copy the libgio-2.0.dll.a file to
gio-2.0.lib. The format of import libraries used by the GNU toolchain
and the MS toolchain should be compatible as far as I know.

If that doesn't work, run:

link -dump -exports libgio-2.0-0.dll >gio-2.0.def

edit gio-2.0.def into a proper .def .file

lib -def:gio-2.0.def -out:gio-2.0.lib

I have attached for reference the output of pexports (a tool from
mingw that outputs a .def file from a DLL) when run on the
libgio-2.0-0.dll from glib 2.16.1.
