This was my configure line:
./configure --prefix=/usr --host=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu --mandir=/usr/share/man --infodir=/usr/share/info --datadir=/usr/share --sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var/lib --disable-gtk-doc --with-libjp
eg --with-libtiff --enable-xinerama --with-libpng --with-gdktarget=x11 --with-xinput --libdir=/usr/lib64 --build=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
Need something more?

What exactly you need to know? I am using Xorg 7.2.
I am using xinerama with 4 displays (two graphic cards) and just recognized
that if I enable only one or two monitors the problem does not occur.
If needed I can send my xorg.conf.
