Cannot maximum the window - windows port

Hi,

I am using gtk  windows port and met a issue.
1. Maximize a window
2. Minimize the window
3. Restore the window
You will find the window will not be the maximum status. It can only be the original size before maximized.
The version I used is gtk+ 2.12.9.
