Someone on GTK+ 2.12.5, using KDE 3.5.8 is not having the issue, but
that doesn't tell as much, eh?

I just checked: It happens here with Metacity no matter what the focus
policy is.

Luckily I have a workaround by checking mouse coordinates in my
leave_notify handler.
