Errors in configure - GTK+

I have Ubuntu Dapper.

uname -r = 2.6.15-27-386
uname -s = Linux

gtk+ configure 2.10.7,
generated by GNU Autoconf 2.60.


I have find errors at run the ./configure:

1) I have installed  GLIB 2.12.7, but:

joge joge-sp:/.../gtk+-2.10.7$ ./configure >> llc

configure: error:
*** GLIB 2.12.0 or better is required. The latest version of
*** GLIB is always available from ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/.

Last part of  llc:

checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config
checking for GLIB - version >= 2.12.0...

[2] I do not how i do.
[3] Do not exist. How i fill it?

2) Then I run configure with --disable-glibtest:

joge joge-sp:/..../gtk+-2.10.7$ ./configure --enable-debug=yes

configure: error: *** libX11 not found. [4] Check 'config.log' for more
details. [5]

.../gtk+-2.10.7$ ./configure --enable-debug=yes --disable-glibtest
--with-libx11-6 --without-libx11 >> llg

configure: error: *** libX11 not found. Check 'config.log' for more details.
