No. ms-windows is the GTK+ theme that makes GTK+ widgets look as much
as possible like the Microsoft common controls. Look for the file
etc/gtk-2.0/gtkrc in your GTK+ installation, and comment out a line in
it that says gtk-theme-name = "MS-Windows". (There might also be a
.gtkrc2 file in your profile folder.)
