fonts.cache not built

Hi
please tell me . how to configure the fontconfig-2.4.0.

i have cross compiled with arm-linux 

./configure --host=arm-linux --build=i686-pc-linux-gnu 
--prefix=/SECOND/eldk/arm/ --enable-add-ons=linuxthreads  
--enable-threads=posix  --with-expat-lib=/SECOND/eldk/arm/lib 
--with-freetype-config=/SECOND/eldk/arm/bin/freetype-config  --with-arch=arm  

then im getting the warning like


Warning: fonts.cache not built
Generate this file manually on host system using fc-cache

im not getting the coplete gtk application.
