If you have to ask, I think it's better for you to wait for the
gladewin32 people to provide an up-to-date installer.

But if you want to try anyway, from
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32/gtk+/2.12 fetch the
latest gtk+ zipfiles, from ../../glib/2.14 fetch the latest glib
zipfiles, from ../../pango/1.18 fetch the latest pango zipfiles, and
from ../../dependencies fetch the gettext-runtime 0.17 zipfiles. Unzip
them all so that they overwrite the corresponding files that the
gladewin32 installer has installed. That should be enough, I hope.

(Obviously you should make a backup copy first, or be prepared to
clean up and re-install from the gladewin32 installer, in case
something gets screwed up.)
