Is it at least possible to force an application to take all the DLLs from
a certain directory ?
Is it possible under any OS to concatenate all the involved C/C++ files into
one file and to compile them together ?
In this case won't the result of compilation (it may be single DLL) morally
equivalent to statically linked application ?
