another question

when I make alt + click on a window in Linux, I trigger a "signal"  
that moves the window.

how can I disconnect this feature ?

I see in the reference that there is a function  
g_signal_handler_disconnect, if it is the good way how can i find the  
handler_id and what is the instance ?
