Do wx apps lose any (GNOME) integration abilitlies of "pure" GTK apps?

Do wx apps lose any integration abilitlies of pure GTK apps?
e.g. with GNOME and with other GTK apps?

(I sent another email about what benefits there are to integration
as I'm not sure.)

I don't know if there any bad things about using wx with GTK under the
hood.
