Hi Michael,
I have a website for win32 gtk+
http://severna.homeip.net/gtk-win32.php (I don't recommend the binaries
I have posted there), however I think the description for setting up
gtk+ in visual studio is still valid. The binaries I'd recommend for
win32 are avaliable at: http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html
Also, it looks like the site http://gladewin32.sourceforge.net/ does a
very nice job of packaging gtk+ win32 binaries.
