Of course. But I can't, regrettably I'm doing a custom distro installer
based on Fedora 1 and I don't know how many things a GTK 2.4 upgrade
could break ;).

But anyway, I successfully used _NET_WM_STRUT_PARTIAL with direct gdk, I
just don't understand why _NET_WM_STATE isn't working.
