Sorry I've read on a  post 
that a person have some problems with pango and gtk

#-:2: error: invalid string constant "#eee1b3", expected valid string #constant

I have the same problem, Have you resolved? How?
Can you attach your correct gtkrc?
Or Is it a bug?
