GTK+ 2.2 for Win32?

Everywhere I see I find references to GTK+ 2.0, not 2.2. Is 2.2 not
ready for Windows?

Besides, is the latest Windows GTK+ (whichever it is) production quality
already?

I need to know this to decide wether we use GTK+ for a project which
must run in Windows and GTK+. Thanks.
