editable cell selection in treeview

Hi,
I'm using a gtk_list_store with a treeview to display data. Some of the
data is in editable cells so that it can be selected and changed. This
works great but I am curious about one thing: What determines the minimum
time interval between clicking on a row to select it and being able to
click again on an editable cell to edit it? Is there any way of changing
this interval? I am using gtk2.0.
