interaction between radio buttons and the window

Dear all,

I am going to developing the window like below:

At the left hand size is a group of radio button
within their own frame.  I hope to build the window
like above.  When i press one of the radio buttons,
their assiocated information about the content (to
describe what u have chosen) is shown at the right
hand size.  How can i do this event, when command we
need? Could anyone tell me?  Beside, what is the
property of the right side place?
