X window and rc file

Hi all

 

I´m using a resource file to change a GtkLabel style. It run ok, but I´m testing it without a Window Manager. That it to say I´m running my application on X. On this way my application doesn´t read the resource file. What´s wrong? any idea ? any help ? How can I change the GtkLabel Style without using a resource file?
