How to get the event(signal) of combo box?

Hi all:
   I have a problem with combo box.
   I need to get the event(signal) when I change the
combo box entry item, how to do?
   I had tried some signal event like "selection_get"
or "selecttion_received" etc.., it seems doesn't work.
