How to make selections with a gtk combo-box ?

Hello all,

I'm trying to catch the selection of a gtk combo-box selecting with the
mouse opening the list, but in a GTK tutorial only says how to catch the
selection using the enter key, someone has some tip or reference how to
use this widget because is the first time tha I use combo box.
