glib installation problem

I’m having a problem when installing the glib library. I get the following error:

gcc: libglib: No such file or directory

gcc: =: No such file or directory

*** Error code 1

make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `glib-genmarshal.o'

*** Error code 1

make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `all-recursive'
