gtk_menu_pop

Greetings

 I was trying to get a pop up menu from a button, Main
and Gale did this in one of their examples, but that
was too vague for me, could anybody tell me the
prototype of the function

  gtk_menu_pop()

 alongwith a some detail of how it works,or please
send me the URL of its documentation, which i was not
able to find.
