Padding between frame and its child

How do I add more padding/spacing between a frame and its child widget?

For instance, I have a frame with a lable and I've added a GtkText to it but
there is very little space between the frame's bevel and the GtkText.

I tried gtk_container_set_border_width but it only changed the padding outside
of the bevel (between the frame and its parent).
