gtk2-perl

Hello.

should I hope there will be a gtk2-perl extension someday ?
Or, how to embed the perl interpreter into the Gtk2 application so that it can run perl scripts that call functions from the application?
On linux it works, but on win32 platform it complains about being unable to resolve the functions from the application (it gives the "unresolved externals" error).
