ATK-0.8 installation trouble

Hi all,

I thought I'd play with Gtk-1.3, which requires ATK-0.8... However,

Any clue what this means and how to make it compile? (If I'm on the
wrong mailinglist, sorry, but I couldn't find any pointer in the README)
