toutdoux and gdkpixbuf problem

Hello gnooooooooooomes,

I am trying to get the gdkpixbuf libraries working....

I seem to have successfully compiled them in a directory in /usr/lib on my 
root partition (RH 7.1) but when I try to run ./configure on toutdoux it 
crashes at the point where it tries to find the gdkpixbuf libraries.....

I don't get it.

has anyone out there compiled toutdoux and got it working?

How did you get the gdkpixbuf library working???
