Hello!!!
Glib.h is in glib-1.x.y.tar.gz or .zip. But why do you wanna compile gtk
yourself. You can download precompiled binaries from
http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32//new-downloads.html
There you find the latest win32 developer binaries. I think 1.3.12 is
the version.
