glib.h ?? Where is it ?

I am compiling GTK+ source code on Win32 and got this compilation error:
"Cannot opened include file glib.h".  I ran "Find" to search glib.h but not
found.  What *zip file that contains glib.h I should download in order to
use glib.h ?
