Hi,
The most appropriate glibc >= 2.2.3 Package for a Red-Hat 7.1 should be
glibc-2.2.4-24.i386.rpm.
This contains the libc.so.6 library.
To get it, try http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM, then go across the menus.
