I think the warnings are because you tried to upgrade one of the freetype
packages without upgrading the entire set. (The subpackages all have
to be at the same version ... you can't mix freetype-utils-2.0.3 with
freetype-2.0.9 or whatever.)

I've used these RPM's on multiple 7.2 systems without problem.
