About Combox,help!!!

hi:
How can I get index of text in entry when combox changed

example:

 one combox item has three string:first is "aaa",second is "bbb",third is "ccc",I can get text("bbb") in entry  when combox changed,but I can't get index (number 2),any idea?thank
