update on pangoft2...

first : don't have freetype as -well- as freetype2 include files on
hand...  (they conflict...)

second : add a flag HAVE_FT2
and #include <pango/pangoft2.h>

I have no idea of what other changes are needed - and this message
probably isn't very helpful but I haven't tested it yet...
