File rc

Hello has all.

Veiled, I have a small problem with the file rc. I wish to be useful myself 
of this file to manage my skins. Only veiled, when the user selection a skin 
I use gtk_rc_parse() but appearance does not change and I am oblige to start 
again the software. 

Would somebody have a solution to propose to me? because after this, the 
windows which existed already have the old skin and the new one have the new 
skin. I thought of using gtk_widget_show_all() but this does not change 
anything and moreover, I do not know which fenetres is open...
